A Note from the School Nurse For the 2012/2013 school year, AB354 requires that all students in seventh grade have a whooping cough shot (Tdap booster) before beginning school.  They must have had this shot on or after their seventh birthday.  This means that all students currently in the sixth grade will NOT be able to begin the school year without meeting the new requirement for a whooping cough booster.  Please bring or mail your child's immunization record to the school office showing that the new whooping cough requirement has been met.  We would appreciate this verification by May 16, 2012.
