The Willows Intermediate School interscholastic and intramural sports program has been designed to give students the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities which promote team competition, sportsmanship and social relationships.

A variety of interscholastic sports is available at Willows Intermediate School:
- Basketball is available for all 7th and 8th grade students at an A and B level.
- Wrestling is available for students in grades 5-8.
- Volleyball is offered for all students in grades 7-8.
- Track is offered for both boys and girls in grades 5-8.

Intramural activities are offered after school hours to all students in grades 5-8 and include:
- Flag football
- Volleyball
- Soccer
