We welcome parent involvement at Willows Intermediate School. Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education generally are more successful in school and in life.
You have many opportunities to
become involved in your student's education through:
- Parent conferences
- Back to School Night
- Parent Booster Club
- English
Language Advisory Meetings
- School Site Council
- Parent volunteer
participation
- Fall magazine drive
- 8th grade graduation fundraisers
Please visit the school office any time and stay in touch with your student’s teachers -- see the Staff Directory for phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

The WIS Student Handbook is designed to help familiarize you with our school. It contains all the basic information you will need on policies and procedures at the school. A copy is given to each student, and teachers will guide students through it during the first week of school. We also encourage parents to read it carefully and refer to it often.
